they should have just waited for the gas to run out and just monitor it at a safe distance, 3 hours isnt that long.

Damn I hate parents that cry so easily.... Usually means they panic/freak out when their kids are in danger or are injured.

If you're the type of parent I just described, if your kid ever gets hurt to the rescuers a HUGE favor and get away from us.... Your panic makes the kids panic and makes our job much harder and distracted EMT's is not something you want when your kid's life is on the line.
