Left-Handed Umnumzaans are also now available (finally.) Just picked one up.
To the folks who ask about Striders vs. Reeves, the knives are entirely different in purpose and design. They are different enough in intent, materials and lines. It's really not a legit comparison. Get both. Seriously.
If you need to pick one of the two, the differences alone should be the deciding factor. It's not a "who makes better" decision, it's a "what do I do with my knives" decision.

@customtacticals the sebenza can be flicked u just need to know what you are doing... he sais they wont cover it in the warranty b/c they dont want some dumb ass whacking it open as hard as he can a shit load of times and blaming the knife because the standoff dents/breaks

Do the thumb studs on the umnumzaan allow quick opening? It just looks like it'd be slow because of how they're set by the handle scales.

Yes, they do.. the knife can actually be flicked open, unlike the sebenza.

Now I just gotta decide between the Umnumzaan and a Strider SMF RW-1. The Striders do seem more robust.....

They are, but they aren't made to the same level of fit and finish. I say get BOTH!

Not really, but they discontinued the Regular Sebenza, and now only make the Classic Sebenza, which they call the Sebenza 21.
