Imperial City - 8:08
Before Episode I-III and before any other composer had a chance to put an official theme to the city of the Empire, Joel McNeely was given a chance. And he painted a picture of powerful diversity, with vast halls that echo a nameless evil yet a thriving and beautiful megalopolis, with stunning beauty and culture.

  • Shadows of the Empire is the Star Wars movie we should have gotten instead of the prequels. Michael Biehn could have played Dash Rendar. A few makeup effects would have had Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher all back to their 1983 selves.

And we wouldn't have had to endure Jar Jar Binks or baby Vader screaming "YIPPEE".

  • This piece is very reminiscent of the soundtracks to "Alien" and "2001"

  • AMAZING.
