OMG Ive actually asked our long winded, personal add writing therapists in report if the patient likes long walks on the beach...and they actually replied 'I forgot to ask that'

Well not all seasoned RT's do this, but i know a few who do.

This is so true! And why report to me from specific RT's takes twice as long as it should...

We all have that one lame ass or two in our dept that rather tell us what color the patients shoes are instead of whats going on with the patient. It usualy starts of with "Mr or Mrs so and so familie is so nice"
