  • my thoughts.

    1) clausewitz is pronounced lcow-seh-vitz. he was prussian.2) he felt that government, the people and the military are incvolved in war. the government surves the people, and the military is its toolto use. 3) the government/ policy makers decide the to begin the war, but the military should be left to fight it. 4) the importance is put on the result of the war, not the war its self. 5) war should be faught decisivly and fast, stricking hard and sqiftly at the heard of the enemy
