Halleyuyah, amen and thank you Rep. Poe!! EPA has done less for the environment and more for seperating the little man from his hard earned money and controlling every tiny aspect of our lives. I live on a dirt road, I have horses and cattle and dairy goats. God help me if my chickens should kick up a cloud of dust while eating bugs in the yard. My opinion: if you don't want to be flooded, don't build your house on a flood plain. If you don't like the dust, live in a paved, urban area.

I recall a series of grain elevators erupting in a fiery explosion when grain dust ignited killing many people and throwing huge chunks of concrete in the surrounding neighborhood. Poe is simply wrong, as usually. He is my Congressman and I apologize to America for not opposing his election more vigorously.

People always think agencies like the EPA is some sort of government agency.
It isn't.
The EPA is a privately owned corporation granted the authority to pass environmental regulations by federal legislation.
Pretty good gig, huh? Get billions of tax payer dollars and pass regulations by pretending to be a relevant government agency out to protect We The People.
This is the same deal in all western countries and their regulatory bodies.

Government subsidies are already creating a WORLD WIDE FOOD SHORTAGE. We are fueling our cars with food that should feed the world. WHAT IN THE HELL is congress and the EPA thinking??? America feeds the people of the world...including ourselves.....what are we thinking? We need to keep the prices low or upheaval in the Middle East will come to this country. What are the intentions of the EPA?
