Didn't he get done for bullying some of his team? I remember being in a pub somewhere in Surrey a few years back and a bbc weatherman was in and i over heard his conversation calling him all the names under the sun i think he name was rob edgar? Apparently he used to go out of his way to intimidate and make them feel worthless. Only what i overheard
