  • premium LEADED fuel required, and still 8 mpg.

  • @dalotel ..leaded is not required.

  • TANK, no style, just a tank. Not very enjoyable to drive unless you're on the interstate. Horrible fuel economy. This is an example of dinosaur technology in the automotive industry when Toyota started to take over in 1973 with the first oil crisis, gas rationing, prices doubling, and speed limits lowered. Tanks and big blocks were worthless overnight. Imagine today at $4 a gallon what good this is to drive? I wouldn't store a tank anyway. $5 to pull it out of the driveway. LOL

  • @viervierziger Pre-1971 engines were equipped with "soft" valve seats and leaded gasoline acted as a lubricant to prevent excessive wear

    of the valve seats. Using these engines with unleaded fuel in high-speed/high-load situations could result in some valve seat

    wear.
