B-side of the 1980 single "Another Nail In My Heart". When released in the US, the title was changed to "Pretty One" to counter criticism that the band's lyrics were sexist or laddish. I've had to concede defeat in trying to work out all the lyrics, Jools's vocal on a couple of lines are very difficult to decipher. If you think you know what the last line of the second verse is (my best guess is "Blew Up last night, all of my lives") then I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.

@tygre97 I found some good Squeeze sites but no lyrics on that song, by either name. The ironic thing is, even if we knew the lyrics there would be a high probability that they wouldn't necessarily make any sense to us.

@loveyoutodeathbut You reflect correctly! Unfortunately, the deluxe CD only has lyrics for the original album not the extras. I also trawled the net but couldn't find anything. I assume that others had the same difficulties I did.

@tygre97 If you can find the Argy Bargy Deluxe album, they'll be on the jacket. I just have the regular AB and that song's not included. Note: It was also called Pretty One but I couldn't find lyrics online.
