Fat to Fit presents the first Kettleworx workout since we got the system. ( Today )
Although I go to the gym between 4 and 6 times a week this first introduction workout was really hard work. It felt great to complete it !
The video is only of the 2nd set of the workout although I did it all. Resting heart rate was about 70bmp and it hit 163 at the peak of the exercise. Completed this workout then went for a 3k run.
Bring on the summer. !

I bought the 15 pound kettleball set, but I think the first couple of times I will use a 10 pound dumbell, you were puffing pretty good and you go to the gym! Keep posting your progress!!
