You could have applied better make-up, fake eyelashes and you could have thinned out her eyebrows and shaped them with liquify. Changing the color of her eyes was completely unnecessary because you could just make it a little more blue and define the black edge some more by using the circle tool.

But in the end she looks like she is made of wax and that is not so good unless you want to post it on deviantart.

seems like you're getting some what into the right way but the point of retouching is to make it look like it hasn't been photoshopped. I have learned this over the past two years. Now i'm editing for magazines. I need to update and add new videos. If you ever have questions you can ask me i'll help! Good job overall but you still have a lot of learning left to do.

I disagree.
Thats a generalized statement and is not necessarily true for everyone.
I want you to know this image has been photoshopped. I wanted it to have a Clichéd magazine photo look. Its supposed to be a surreal and dramatic transformation.
