Shua commissioned this CBB for an upcoming adventure on the Appalachian Trail. He needed a light (under 1.5 lbs), durable, playable 5 string banjo for his 3 month hike.
Here are the results. This video was taken only minutes after he had it in his hands. It's tuned up 5 half steps to C (cGCEG), which Shua wasn't used to singing in. It didn't take too long for him to adjust.

Nice banjo, sounds really good. I ended up with a uke for the trail(weight). Wished I had that instead.
