I'm 51 years old and have been stutterering from as far back as I can remember. I use to be able to control it somewhat by substitut-
ing words. I have 3 grown children and thank God that they all have good speech. All I can say is...Take your time when speaking. When you come to a block, take a deep breath and smile.
