Karl Rove, the guy who was involved in outing Valerie Plame, helped send our nation to war in Iraq over faulty intelligence and worked in the same administration that lost New Orleans to Katrina, was in a lather about the threat to national security he claimed was posed by the Obama administration's decision to try five 9/11 detainees in federal court in New York. Rove as good as admitted during this discussion with Bill O'Reilly that he was worried that the Bush administration's treatment of the detainees was bound to be an issue at trial. But O'Reilly missed that. He did ask one stellar moment when he confronted Rove about the Bush administration's failure to try KSM when they had the chance. Instead of taking an iota of responsibility, Rove blamed "a long-standing plot by a bunch of left-wing lawyers who do not love America." Boy, that proves what a patriot he is, eh?
