http://FWHIhelicopters.com Here I am pounding away on the keyboard at 12:17am! I have been at the airport all day! I'm uploading a video I spent the last 4 hours making, and now I'm preparing this post to go with it! I may be tired, but there is no way I can quit until I tell this story!

We have a New Helicopter Student that started full time earlier today, I guess now that's actually yesterday! Anyway I am still pumped and excited! In over 10 years of teaching people how to fly helicopters, this young man is my First Full Time Helicopter Student!

Everyone I have ever trained, that I can remember anyway, has either had a job, or they owned their own business!

This young man just left his full time job to become my first full time Helicopter Student! (okay, Danny Martin didn't have a job, but that a different story, ha ha)

Justin Polston is his name. He is from Warsaw Indiana. I first met Justin a few months ago, he was employed, and so was I. I spent a couple hours with him talking about learning to fly helicopters. That day when he left, he said you may not hear from me for a little while. He said just know, I will be working on getting things in order and I will call you when I am ready!

Well he did exactly that. The timing was perfect! I am now operating my company full time, 7 days a week. When Justin contacted me several weeks ago, he said he wanted to come and get started flying. After a couple flights, he was totally hooked. Justin told me he was thinking about leaving his full time job to become a full time helicopter student, to go after the career that he really wants. Flying Helicopters!

I told Justin, while I would never tell someone to quit their job, if he did, I would be thrilled to have him as a Full Time Helicopter Student Pilot! A few days later, he came in for a flight! Shortly after arriving he blurts out, I put my two weeks notice at work. It took just a little bit for that to sink in!

Justin is ready to chase his dream! He is a super young man with a great attitude. He shows up eager to learn, fly or do ground school, whatever it takes.

I am extremely happy to have my chance to help Justin make that dream come true! Not meaning to brag, but more than one of my students have went on to bigger and better careers than I have had. Make more money than I have. But you know what? I don't care!

I am 46 years old, and I can honestly say for the first time in my life I am truly happy! I am doing what I want to do. Still chasing my dreams as well. Running my own business! Working for myself! Building my company the way I want, the way it should be, striving to train New Helicopter Pilots and watching them go on to fulfill their dreams!

I am so thrilled to have Justin on board! I will do everything I can to help him achieve his goals! What a exciting time of my life! I am grateful, and honored!

Life is good!
