Gates of Atlantis near Rennes le Chateau France

The local French people near Rennes le Chateau referred to this area as the Gates of Atlantis. It is often associated with the famous Poussin painting 'The Shepherds of Arcadia' as being the backdrop landscape. The whole area looks incredibly odd from satellite imagery as seen here via Google Earth:

Edgar Cayce, famous psychic, also stated that some of the earliest settlements of Atlantis were to be found in the Pyrenees Mountains. We don't hear much of this since most of his followers tend to flock around the Bahamas area and the much hyped "Bimini Road". However, the stones within the Pyrenees are unknown to the mainstream and the search for Atlantis. Hopefully my small contribution will one day reach the eyes of those who are looking for answers. If only the rocks could talk...

Where are the gates?

The 'gates' are supposedly the large rock formations. Evidence of a vast, unknown, megalithic society can be found within the Pyrenees mountains.  The fact that these stones are accessible (above water) should appeal more to the Atlantis seekers yet this area is still unknown to the mainstream media.

The name was given by the locals and I'm not sure why they call it that, symbolism maybe? There are very unique, megalithic features near by, just miles from this site that deserve some attention. The video is weak because I wasn't planning on posting it online until after it was shot. I hope to go back there within a year and get better footage of the blue stones.

this kind of structures is not unusual in europe, actually they found huge pyramids in bosnia and when they found ancient inscriptions the eu and different organizations abruptly stopped the archeologi projekt and threathed everybody involved to stop imediately and then a campain started against archeologists that continued digging. Europe is not alloved to have a pre history and i have they are hiding something, maybe its because the sekler runes origin of the pre historic findings.

atlantis was most likely a city destroyed by a flood or tsunami and eventually either the city was plain destroyed partially underground perhaps and it is now normal land or it is still covered by water

Im with you on that theory......rise and fall of civilizations occurred numerous times on this planet. I beleive atlantis is in the poles somewhere....dating before a pole shift. All this hollow earth crap and expeditions and bases in the arctic leds to too many questions.....something is there. Just my theory.
