@cgmarshall81 if your are looking for a cure instrumental with swirly guitars you are probably thinking of The Lost Wishes. it was a four song cassette released around the time of wish and is similar to The Big Hand. just search here for lost wishes. the songs were 1. cloudberry 2. the three sisters 3. uyea sound and 4. off to sleep.

Unfortunately, this version isn't completely real... I explain: this instrumental version is a demo soundclip, available at the end of the "Picture Show" video - with less than 2 minutes.
If you hear closely, will notice at 1min40 a abrupt cut. It happens again at 3min01 and at 4min23.
If you still don't get it, it's mainly a loop for that less-than-2-minutes soundclip available at the end of "Picture Show". Good job by whoemever is the author , though, it's almost transparent.

La version instrumentale n'est pas dispo sur disque, titre rare en mp3 seulement.

La version chantée est en face b du single "A letter to Elise".
