YO! Ive been wanting to record this video for a while but yes the general rules/guidelines:
1. Have Clothespins (Buy any at your local target/walmart/etc. for only $2!)
2. Pin or "tag" ANYONE. It can be their shirt tale, purse, hat, etc.
3. Count how many people you tagged, and each pin is one point.
4. Dont get caught ;)

point system:
- one point per pin [either on its own, or layered]
- FIVE
