Li'l Decor Christmas tree ornaments are handcrafted by Canadian artisan Karen Pasieka. Making only a few limited editions and one-of-a-kind pieces every year, as the bulk of her time is used to create her Li'l Bouquet jewellery & Li'l Newlyweds custom wedding cake toppers, Karen sells these adorable holiday decorations at craft shows, from her studio, and on her Etsy site: www.subtledetails.etsy.com. @wemetee I used to make them with faces, but over the years, I've decided that I prefer them without...think they look a little less cartooney...just my own design preference....
you may notice that the snowmen still have faces! (just can't resist the cute little carrot nose)

could I make any of these fantastic crafts with plasteline or kernit or ...what else ??? what are they made of ???

They are made of polymer clay. You may have heard of either FIMO or Sculpy? These ornaments have been made with the FIMO brand clay.
