oh I've had a friend threaten suicide before right infront of me. I called his doctor and organized all this stuff for him and then the next day he'd calmed down and was acting like nothing happened.. meanwhile I'm like scarred for life :/ it's so selfish!

Yeah - we gotta do what keeps us as well as possible. So true. You are sounding positive which is great - I have been wondering how you've been going. So glad to hear you have hope in your heart - it is a good reminder to me (and I hope you can watch this video should you ever feel discouraged). Kerri xo

Keep the physio up, even by yourself eventually, I know it is worth it.

About the eating... when I was on antidepressants + anticonvulsants (amitriptyline and gabapentin) I forgot to eat. I was also in a period of enormous stress/anxiety as well on top of everything. I'm not sure of all your medications, but you may want to take those into consideration with the eating.

Uber-optimistic! I'm going with that as the expression of the day!
It's incredible the feeling of 'good' that comes out of seeing a competent and compassionate neurologist. I'm so happy for you!
Exercise IS great stress relief! I look forward to doing mine every evening after work. It's a half hour of being able to just concentrate on exercise, and nothing else.
Keep us up to date hun!!! :) You definitely look much happier.
