  • Notice how the announcers aren't plugging upcoming shows every two minutes. lol

  • I doubt it would've mattered, but I always wondered had The Patriots scored a TD on that first drive if the game would've been any different.

I have this game, myself. I always loved The Coke commercials with McMahon and The Fridge.

I was 9 years old when they played this game. I remember not understanding the big deal about Walter Payton at that time. This was really the 1st game I saw him play, and he didn't have a good one.

Looking at his career now Man I wish he scored a TD in this game

  • @jtfourlife Joe Gibbs was the coach who figured out the 46. Gibbs used to beat him all the time when buddy was the coach of the eagles,

  • @drkthms7 why do you say that?

  • @jtfourlife they would have just lost to the redskins in the playoffs anyway

  • @jdb316 I know that now, but when the game originally aired I had no clue about the history of The NFL, or Walter Payton. It was the same with Reggie Jackson. When I first saw him play, in 1985 he sucked, and I didn't understand the big deal, even being a Yankee fan.

At 9 years old, you're just learning, at 35, there's not much I don't know lol

  • @GialloHorror The Patriots decided that, come hell or high water, they were not going to let Walter Payton beat them. That's why McMahon was able to pick them apart.

  • Thank you so much for uploading!! I wasnt alive to witness this but I can relive this moment!! Thank you so much!!!

  • Jim McMahon doesn't get enough credit for how well he played in this game.

  • @GialloHorror ... lol thats pretty dope how you have them all on tape and stuff also ... Yea I was in 4th and 5th grade for Denvers SB wins :( ... Remember them real briefly but wasn't as diehard. 1st SB I remember a lot of tho is the Titans/Rams SB. ... good stuff tho .. Funny cause I didnt know you were really in to football. I always thought you were just 1 of Boogish's psychotic horror friends. LOL at that.

  • If only Buddy Ryan never left the bears as a dc. The bears would have been the greatest dynasties in the 80s.
