very bad seats really... you cant even see whats happening on the boat in the water. you should try going to english bay instead. if your not totally retarded you can go ther at 8pm and get a nice seat

Must be awsome to see it from your apartment tho, we went to the beach 10 hours early to get a nice spot and then just getting to the skytrain took hours.
