So I'm not exactly clear on what "Troy" is looking for. In one hand it sounds like he wants a larger Federal government to pay his mom's medical debt and so that he doesn't have to work two jobs and in the other it sounds like he opposes the police. But they are the same thing. Government equals force and the government just uses the police to carry out it's force, so to ask for larger government is to ask for more force.
