Nunez, who is an actor for The Office, was distressed by the boos, and asked the crowd to quiet down before returning to Miss Oklahoma.

There was nothing wrong with her answer. If this truly cost her the crown then she was clearly deemed TOO INTELLIGENT to be crowned Miss USA.

The question was worded so badly, it required qualification.

She did get it wrong. The Constitution requires Congress (Federal) to PROVIDE FOR the common defense and ESTABLISH an uniform law of naturalization in ARTICLE 1 SECTION 8.

However, in light of Congress' FAILURE to do what it is required by law to do, it is the RIGHT OF EVERY STATE to enforce existing FEDERAL law and litigate for those expenses.

The question IS poorly framed. That reporter is a creep. "Some critics may say..." he is a moron that should not be allowed a position in media.
