  • Why do they ask them questions about politics? It is a beauty contest, if you want to test their intelligence put them in a physics classroom.

  • @bulabula1 oscar's cuban, not mexican

  • @hardassteel Technically, they advertise it as more of a beauty contest. They always want "well-round" and "empowered" females to win, even if that doesn't always happen

  • There was nothing wrong with her answer. If this truly cost her the crown then she was clearly deemed TOO INTELLIGENT to be crowned Miss USA.

  • @yhenry77 Ron Paul can be a good choice for conservatives, which are tired of republicans and Tea Party(joker). But i'm a socialdemocrat, there is any such party in America. But if Ron Paul want to abolish the FED, i'm on!

  • The question was worded so badly, it required qualification.

  • She did get it wrong. The Constitution requires Congress (Federal) to PROVIDE FOR the common defense and ESTABLISH an uniform law of naturalization in ARTICLE 1 SECTION 8.

However, in light of Congress' FAILURE to do what it is required by law to do, it is the RIGHT OF EVERY STATE to enforce existing FEDERAL law and litigate for those expenses.

The question IS poorly framed. That reporter is a creep. "Some critics may say..." he is a moron that should not be allowed a position in media.

  • That was a constitutionally correct answer, but a politically incorrect answer.

  • that was a very short and constitutionally correct answer. i don't see how this is controversial at all. clearly, the idiots out there read too much into this answer

  • @yhenry77 yep yep....pretty soon the US government will be taking your DNA at the local movie theater. all is good though...THE PEOPLE have had enough and are coming to its tipping point. the first stages are those financiers, bankers, wall street, vatican, etc THIEVES getting arrested for TREASON. Hey! its already started.

  • @kuken3000 So is the United States Constitution? Wait till you get groped by the TSA at NFL games starting this year. It gets better, they want to expand it to your local shopping malls. Even the Nazis didn't groped at sporting events or the olympics.

Vote for Ron Paul; he wants to abolish the TSA.
