@dontlovehate1 It takes some time for your body to get use to a heavy hoop. Just keep practicing with it for a few weeks. If you get bruises, do not be surprised. If it starts to hurt too much with the bruises, stop for a few days to let them heal.

is a wighted hula-hoop suppose to hurt? because i just got one and it really hurts.
