  • @RogerwilcoFoxtrot I believe so as well. This situation looks so similar to how my country US dealt with the Native Americans in 1800s. Add benefits at the cost of their culture. It's hard to convince our world nowadays to help the Uyghurs when Americans and maybe Europeans perceive all Muslims as threats. The PRC position in the UNSC ensures their strength and power over nations like they did to Macedonia to switch recognition from ROC to the PRC so Macedonia could have peacekeeping missions.

  • @typhoonstorm95 So do I, I think that the Uyghurs would be better and happier dealing with the ROC regime than with the PRC regime... now that the warlord era has past.

  • @61111 These were countries with very liberalized media, with many different organizations NOT controlled by the state, and plenty of people from other countries have their reporters in those countries, even in those times. This is not so in China. Oftentimes the reporters have to make their recordings in secret. Uyghurs seem to be lashing out at whomsoever is there that they can blame for their misery - migrant Han immigrating to Uyghur land. If somebody moved into your house, wouldn't you?

  • @typhoonstorm95 Ah, so true.

  • @Golgo1744 Seems the only guy who gets the bigger picture is you. Bravo.

  • @wulixin1970 =p

  • @61111 Because it tells me whether your pro-PRC Chinese or just a non-Chinese. If you are a pro-PRC Chinese then there is nothing I can bring to you because you will alway say that is false or that is a lie by the West.

  • @typhoonstorm95 Why does that even matter? If you cannot bring evidence to an intellectual debate then you cannot support your points. I want to discuss this like one rational human being to another. If that's not possible then let us end this now.

  • @61111 Tell me something first are you Chinese or you are American/European/non-Chinese? Then I'll find articles.

  • @typhoonstorm95 Sorry I went slightly off topic there, but I just don't think things are as desperate as many people have stated. I don't think the humanitarian situation in China is that critical. I do know there are harsh violations of rights but still do not picture it as genocidal and dreadful as you have. Please if I am wrong I would like to know, give me solid evidence of PRC massacres of Uyghurs. By the way read my comments from bottom up.
