I was at the event and had super close seats and am 99.99% sure that Sarah didn't lip synch. One reason I know is because the whole hype of this show is that everything was going to be live(music, skaters, etc..). Anthoner way I know is that Sarah was constantly changing microphones depending on the song. On her more operatic songs she used one that sounded better with that vocal style, she used another kind with the more "breathy" songs, and another when she was using her chest voice more.
