ok forgive my ignorance in world geography,but hum ..Guam is an island? in the middle of the pacific..sort of? belong to U.S.A? is a USA territory ? a state? do they vote in presidencial elections? do they have a commonwealth goverment like um Puerto Rico?Do they have representation in the senate? Does it belongs to the marines? Are they consider americans? Do they speak English? a little input please..
