Representing the regions of Hokkaido and Tohoku, Japan,
The North Japan Honor Green Band marching thru Main Street U.S.A inside Disneyland on Tuesday, December 28th 2010. They will be performing in the 2011 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on January 1st.

About the Band:
Green Band Association was established approximately 10 years ago. Since then, over 1000 students have been selected to participate in charity concerts, primarily in Southern California. This year, the Honor Band is from the Northern Japan regions of Hokkaido and Tohoku. Members of the band include mostly high school students and some college students.

The Green Band Association is headquartered in Kyoto, Japan, the center of traditional Japanese culture and former capital of Japan.

I saw this band that night. They were fantastic. This might go down as my favorite Disney memory. Very big loud band. Loved it!
