Crew Resource Management Training Video designed in accordance to the ADDIE-M model.
This video was made as a project for the MOS 3305A Human Factors class at the University of Western Ontario.
The video incorporated multimedia visual presentation, demonstration, text, and humor making the learning experience more entertaining and attention drawing which in turn enhances memory of the materials covered and the overall learning experience.
Project member include: Evan Broberg, Songyan Cai, and Curtis Caudle.
