BANKERS BONUSES AND PUBLIC SPENDING CUTS - HACKNEY (UK) 15/1/2011 & 5/2/2011

Protests against the two side of the ConDem economic coin in one of London's poorest boroughs.
1) After causing the economic crisis, bank chairmen benefit from huge bonuses they award themselves, while the public pay the price in the form of savage public spending cuts. The chairman of Barclays bank said; "The period of remorse and apology for the bankers is over."
2) Staff and supporters demonstrate against £15 million in cuts to services provided by the Homerton Hospital in Hackney.
The bonuses bankers award themselves could pay for the £15 million in cuts to the Homerton Hospital budget, with money to spare.

The succession of governments have allowed not only banking collapse but banking fraud. The governing body has repeatedly failed in ensuring that the banking system is policed, monitored to ensure that it functions within the law. The legal process with the UK favours only the wealthy. The total collapse of decency allowed by complicit governments that remains unchecked and without sanction. Without comment by the Crown the banking fraud enslaves the nation for generations.

Nothing has changed they still recieve over 1 million pounds bonusses these chairmans of the big banks.We live in a crazy world and i am sick to death of reporters mentioning we the taxpayers own these banks .We dont owe nothing these gangsters are getting payd for mis management and politicians wont touch them.Look what happened in ireland,these top bankers should have been trown in gaol.

The chair of Barclay's must be joking when he says the period of remorse and apology for bankers is over! What remorse have they shown?! When they pay back all the money they owe the country (with interest of course!) it might be believable!
