in the second to last one, when i go to that spot, the water level is down, so i cant access it there.. is there a way to raise the water level?

Here's the definite answer to the entrance at 4:08: You have to repair 6 out of the 8 aqueducts before you can gain access to it. Just talk to the architect standing next to the broken aqueduct, pay the amount. Hope this helps

HEY EVERYONE! the entrance at 4:00 i figured out how to get inside it without having to raise the water level, last night i was playing it and i was getting so pissed i couldnt get into it, i was trying everything, but what i figured out is if you go right above it and drop down so your hanging there, move all the way to the right and click drop, there should be a ledge you can grab to move over inbetween the two brick walls, then all you have to do is jump up and grab the ledge on your left

The video isn't working 4 me, how do you get to the one where the blue soldiers use to be, that base thing outside the city, with sharpened wood sticks to make walls around it so you can't climb over it, I went to the 1 there, and the icon said the entrance was exactly where one the blue tents was, and I can't figure out how to get to it. Also, I looked in the DNA thing and it only has 5 lairs of Romulus, so I don't know what that ones called??

You don't have to repair any aquaduct's to get to the lair of romulus 4, just look at zwoooooosh's vwalkthrough on it.
