totally confused on all of this I smoke menthol nothing else, 1 brand, if i run out it has to be my brand, if not i do without, i just have always been that way about it. this is complecated as hell, lol. and fruit flavors wft? yuck. reminds me of the old flavored rolling papers, didnt like those either. so im lost, but very interested, cuz i need to quit, 2 pks a day is adding up big time.

@debzeppeliniv You can buy menthol flavor e-liquid. I used to smoke menthol but cannot stand menthol flavored e-liquid (it's jut not the same). just get a cheap Joye 510 starter kit and a 10ml bottle of menthol liquid to try it out. There are so many types of e-cigarettes now that it's very confusing but it doesn't need to be. 510 starter kit will get you 2 batteries and 2 atomizers. It can work with 510 drip tips (for direct dripping), cartomizers, or cartridges.

Hey I'm quitting smoking and going to cap cause my girl wants me to... can someone explain what throat hit means? I keep hearing people talk about it with different e juices and just wanted to know for sure

@HisNameisHaas Throat hit is the feeling you get when you hit a cigarette (real or electronic) and you breath the smoke (or the vapor) into your mouth and then in one breath, you inhale into your lungs. You get that feeling of smoke hitting the back of your throat and to me, that is the most satisfying feeling when smoking. That's why people complain about extra light cigarettes or 0mg e-liquid...it doesn't give you the same feeling.

I bought the Ruyan4 from EC Blend and I also loved the flavor. I was a menthol smoker too and usually don't care for the nontraditional flavors, but Ruyan4 menthol version was really yummy.

@gaminglaps they don't have E.H,P A. like the United States, that is why all the insutries have gone to china, they dont have environmental, protection agencies it is cheaper for industries to pack up and move their, than to pay fines, and make sure the workers are healthy, they just dump their waste where they please. Of course, in time, it will come back and bite theeeeeem in the butt. we have all kinds of recalls on toys made in China, I will get my juice from the USA

@MISTERROCKET123 the big bottle is 50 ml and 1 lasts mr a month that is about 15.00 vs about 150.00 a month if u smoke a pack a day. Also Wellbutrin helps too, my cousin had a heart attack, when he was like 45, the Dr put him on Wellbutrin, and he quit. It is an antidepressent. But that Chantex, I tried it, most insurance wont pay for it, it is HIGH it made me sick as a dog I would not recommend it. patches and gum are high too, and if my cousin could quit, anyone can.

@aberdudeify007 there is 1 that allmost all the juice sites have called Ruyan 4, I bought a small bottle of it, and added 1 or 2 drops of menthol, and then there is a stronger 1 called cool hit but I didn't care for it. I prfer dripping it is expensive when u start, u have to buy juice, batteries, atomizers about 10.00, but still cheaper than a pack a day. After you get the hang of it though, you save alot !! because u just do not have the same desire for it.

I wish anyone the best of luck, don't know if you know who Gregg Allman is, but he is a rock star, and he was talking about his addictions, heroin, cocaine, alcohol, etc, but he had to kick theem all, but said quitting smoking was the hardest habit of them all. All the women I know started because they heard you would lose weight,

@mamanf99 for the pie, and it has become pretty popular and now they have it as 1 of their flavors. some people like grape, that just sounds nasty to me. ever notice in war movies, how the GIs were issued cigs 2 cartons a week, jeese. and those were nasty my parents smoked my Mom quit though, then my dad switched to a pipe. @mamanf99 I order mine from Ec blend.com you can mix your own flavor, and 36 ml is the strongest, I am down to like 28 now. I mix my own, Texas pecan pie, and it smells and tastes like pie, lol, and you don't smell like smoke. My husband used to say, you smell like an ash tray, lol, bless his heart. He would be proud of me. I think the reason vaping worked for me, was still it is like smoking but not bad for you. ck out ec blend I believe they are a little cheaper i did the mix

My late husband smoked 3 pks of marlboro lights a day, the Lung Association came to his work, and several took a 2 week course, and just quit cold turkey, the idea being if you can be nicotine free for 2 weeks, you lose the craving for nicotine, it worked for him, I was really proud of him. But that isnt what made him sick,sleep apnea he would not use his cpap machine,1 night he stopped breathing
