@ruin3r true, i never use em. chalk is enough for me on dl's. if your grip is hurting doing pulldowns or pullups, u need help. i don't do any grip excersises, just the regular movements. i tried em in the past, and guess what? my grip strength went to shit. i see ppl at my gym overuse the hell outta them.

how do you wrap these bitches on a dumbell ? i cant for the life of me properly wrap these during dumbell shrugs, the weight hang off the string completely throwin off my focus, i had better results w/o them wraps.

Work your forearms and grip strength, beginners! Don't get tennis or golfer's elbow by going too heavy, too fast, without minding your forearms; it hurts like hell and will set you back for a while!
Good instruction. Could have done without the annoying music.
