Arlen Specter who changed to the Democrat party and cast the deciding vote on the stimulus bill. Arlen Specter helped Santorum win in Pennsylvania in 1994 and Santorum was not strong enough to say no to a bad politician. He will not be any different as a US president. Ron Paul 2012!!
