On August 28th, in more than 25 cities...from District Heights, Maryland and Newark, New Jersey to Seattle, Washington and Dallas, Texas...citizens protested the scourge of illegal gun trafficking in their communities.
The Brady Campaign and its network of Million Mom March Chapters supported Rainbow PUSH Coalition's efforts by organizing local events to call on leaders to stop illegal gun trafficking and keep guns out of the wrong hands. The National Day of Protest marked the anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's March on Washington.
