Holy crap! You are amazing. I don't understand how you freed the first hostage though. You didn't even shoot the guy holding him at gunpoint. Can they not kill the hostages with max stats? Also, how did you free the last hostage? Where did the guys in the room go???

Yeah the hostages have max health too, so their takers shoot them once and take off like normal. I actually freed 2 hostages there, just let the takers see me, and they end up coming after me and running into that computer explosion.
The last part, those 2 guards take a roundabout route through the boat to you, instead of coming straight at you. I alerted both of them without going too far into the room so the hostage taker didn't see me and stayed put.

How many times did you have to replay this to get it right? must have taken tons of practice :)

Probably about 15 hours for this one, although I had several completions under 3:00 in there too, until I found this strat.
