Council Committee Re Ydanis Rodriguez

Members of the City Council Standards and Ethics Committee during their brief session Wednesday on the ethics complaint investigation of Manhattan Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez (D) for allegedly poking the upper chest of a central budget staffer during a heated discussion over a budget matter affecting his role as chairman of the Higher Education Committee.
