  • Up to now the technology produced well exposed over saturated garbage. Users didn't know where to go with it. (Magenta baby pix are horrible.) Professional photographers stay ahead of the pack because they know what a good photo should look like. But with this new CS6 feature, an amateur can copy the output of a professional with the touch of a button. uh oh.

  • @X4VZz What do you mean everyone will read? Now what can *I* do?

  • @X4VZz If competition ruins your business, maybe your business isn't that great.

  • omfg !! people stop whining !! you are talking about "skills" , skills on what ?? just because you know how to use a program in the computer doesn't mean you have skills. You want to show your skills go do a painting or play a song on a guitar, now that takes skills and style

  • Anyone who knows how to make good photography, also knows, that photoshop has little to do with it. CS6 will not make you take better pictures.

  • to be honest, im not so pissed off that this makes people lazy, because i can see where people can go. Not everyone who wants to make a picture look good wants to learn photoshop for months. The thing that bothers me however is the the feature is practically letting EVERYONE RIP ARTIST'S STYLES and work.

in a sense, what this feature is doing can be illegal if you used a photo under a commons license, but whos going to know? No one because there is no way of knowing.

  • This is going to ruin the professionalism of photoshop. For a person that took their time to learn skills and learn styles, this is just a joke and a stab in my carefully used time and effort.

Get ready to seeing millions of HDR photos hit the google banks.... oh boy

  • Yes.. Great >_>

Pro photoshopping for the masses, not just the select few who actually know how to really fix a photograph.

The people who spend years learning and perfecting, creating their own style.

~ Everytime I'm on a vacation and i see some tourist taking pictures with an expensive SLR, but only to use full-auto, my heart breaks.. This will do the same to photoshop O.O

  • cs6? cs6? cs6? cs6? cs6??????????!!!1

  • @187onaPigeon Photography was never "born".When you take a picture, a camera is actually "photoshoping" someting for you from an empty archive with pixels. Then photoshop adjust this pixels.

There is no "art" in the process, its technology, it aways was since they invented the camera.

So there is nothing wrong if the iPhone thing happens.

  • @anthonyvynerphotos Yes that's what I say. In a few years you will have iPhones with build in Photoshop. Photography is dead.

  • If Photoshop gets as easy as this then where will the fun be :(

  • i am a photoshop junkie. we need this option in cs6

  • Everyone is going too HDR crazy. Hopefully some of these new features will encourage people to take a more measured, subtle approach to color matching, contrast, and dynamic range.
