The biggest distinction between San Diego homes for sale and San Diego condos for sale is living space and shared walls. The most obvious difference between these two options is that a home is going to give you a lot more living space than a condo will. • You should use the term "house" or condo when you speak because anywhere you live is your "home." If you are trying to sell a client a "home" it can be a "house" "condo" "loft" or "houseboat. You should also use "cutaways" to other shots of houses, condos, garages, yards, etc. when you deliver your lines so you keep your audience's attention for more than 30 seconds. 5 straight minutes of "talking heads" is a BAD thing. I got my real estate license 20 years ago and have been a film maker 15 yrs.
