@GVPisthebest I feel fully justified in my mild attack on this persons comment, I never attacked him! I absolutely abhor misinformation especially if it promotes stupidity. While I doubt many people would use Youtube comments as a resource for knowlege aquisition, it is potentially possible for it to occur.
The main reason for my initial post was to correct him on the factual content of his post. If i prevented anyone from learning that "soure" is caused by "pure soure", then my job is done!

@henk0909 hahaha, this is possibly the worst explaination ever! I appreciate English may not be your first language but, even so... lemon DOES NOT taste sour beacause it has "pure sour" in his juice. It is because of the citric acid in the lemon, while this is a weak acid, it would still cause a stinging sensation in just about everyone if brought into contact with the eye.
