Ambulance Chasers are known as Runners for short. Ambulance Chasing is a crime in the State of Georgia. See OCGA 33-24-53 (d). A Runner was arrested and charged in Cobb County, Georgia. Citizens should report Ambulance Chasers to Law Enforcement. Doctors and Lawyers who pay Runners for injured clients in motor vehicle accident cases are breaking the criminal laws of Georgia.
Pat Head was the Cobb County Solicitor at the time of the crime.

Are theses the same people that go to Law Enforcement agencies and purchase copies of accident reports for the entire month under Georgia open records act?? I was involved (not at fault)in an accident a few years back and had three different attorneys contact me asking if I had been hurt -now I know why...
