"The Seasons of a Woman... Alexandria's Journey"
As our story begins, the blood red dancer (kaylouise) enters the stage. Soon, 3 dancers representing the Spring, Summer and Winter of a woman's life, enter the scene with a young girl in white (kaylouise's daughter). The red dancer embraces the girl and her journey begins. Many women of the community... aunts, sisters, cousins, neighbors, friends... spend time preparing the girl with attention, wisdom and beautiful decoration... finally, the girl joins the women, now a welcomed part of the group.

This original KayLouise choreography was performed in Sylvania June 2008 and again in Kalamazoo, MI at the Helene workshop.
