@tjdeuceosix Ohh, sorry. I'm assuming you're talking about the second throw. The throw is completely irrelevant to what I was trying to show, but it can be teched. I should've had Cammy doing a combo or something else after the Cannon Strike, but at the time, I didn't think I'd be able to successfully set up the cross-up CStrike again, so I just stuck with my first take.

this setup has some weird timing... it works on Ryu and Ken...
DBC did you test it on other characters??
i did test it against Balrog... the result is that he can block it pressing Forward OR Back... it doesnt matter... he blocks it anyways... but any reversal headbutt will miss...

I think you can potentially get the crossup on all characters. It's just that you'd have to alter the timing based on the character's size.
I managed to get it on Balrog and command captured it, but when I went through other characters with the same recording, it also crossed Gief up, but it would whiff entirely on everyone else.
