  • Was this the same day that you filmed the US Airways 737 arrival or was the Southwest pushback & US Airways arrival on different days? I am just very curious.

  • @JakePeavyFan44 They were different days

  • I always Leave mines at a 45 when i Push in that fashion..His was awesome..

  • @lsmith1981 Yeah that's how I did mine most of the time, I was a bit nervous to do 90 degree angles

  • Sorry to hear that, but I don't think the average joe could make as precise and fast of a pushback as that guy. Check out some of my other aviation vids, you might enjoy those.

  • @algefrik98 You're dead wrong, I'm sorry but you're dead wrong. What you fail to realize, and its not your fault, the Legitjet didn't show the area to the right of the gate, there is no clearence there, so the pushback is difficult. and this guy is pretty rapid too. It's an excellent job, done by a pro. Have a nice day.

  • @jikilpence That's awesome, yeah I used to watch the show Airline a lot, and I saw an episode about a really tough gate over there that all the rampers dread LOL. Keep up the good work, and have an awesome 9 more years. SWA would be a dream job for me.

  • that was a good push give the guy credit I have to say that in lax we do great pushes like that its just lax is a great place and hace a lot of great people working ramp like me I got 11 years in ramp im only 28 now so i got about 9 more years then ill trnfer to something else

  • @contrails15 Sounds like quite the deal right there. I wish we had them here in KC. Yeah, the ramp can really tear you apart after awhile. That's probably the only reason I'm glad I don't work at the airport anymore. I used to work ramp for Delta, then quit to take a ramp job with my father at US Air. I got laid off from US Air, but am currently working on my flight instrument rating.

  • @Legitjet Not bad. Dental is great, medical is okay. Got 401k which they match at 5%. Stock option plan. They got pretty much what SWA has. There hiring like crazy for every department. Its a good gig. Looking to go into a department indoors. Body can't take much of the ramp anymore and I think 9 years is enough. LOL Are you still in the industry?

  • @contrails15 Oh sweet, how's their benefits?

  • @Legitjet I work ground for Jetblue @ JFK. Going on 9 years there.
