Ben Gotkin describes RSM McGladrey's candidate engagement process. Ben is the National Recruiting Director for RSM McGladrey, the 5th largest accounting, tax and business consulting firm in the country. In this role since 2006, Ben develops and delivers programs and strategies designed to enhance the firms overall recruiting efforts. Since Ben has joined the firm, he has led initiatives to re-launch the employee referral program, develop and launch an alumni program, establish new hire and candidate surveys, change national job board providers, train recruiters on writing effective job descriptions and establish a social media recruitment marketing plan.
