You are pretty good. I agree that you need to watch your breath support. Also, when the song went into the higher part, you didn't transition into falsetto which felt very pushed and was a little flat. So, if anything, shift whatever song you audition with down to a key that is most comfortable for you.
Also, you sound like you're trying to sound like John Legend. What makes the glee cast so good is that they sing covers of songs but still sound like themselves. So work on that.

You have a good chance. One of the chracters they're casting is a (presumably black) R&B singing male. But they haven't released any info on the auditions yet. It's possible, and likely that this video doesn't meet all of the requirements they may have when they finally tell us what to do.

Best suggestion is to listen with headphones....most laptops don't have good sound systems
