This is a test of the Bryn Mawr College Mass Notification System. E2Campus is used to send text messages and emails. The college has a Whelen 2904, that is on "whoop" tone, on top of its library, which is on my side of the dorm.
Something is wrong with the PA at the end of the video, but that's why the test the system.

  • wow, i just remembered how freaking long this thing was. the whole test took 20 minutes. i had to cut out a huge chunk of this video.

  • This is exactly why pre-recorded voice messages are superior to live voice messages. You get little to no distortion, no dtmf tones, and you can understand what's being said much easier.

    They only use live voice on all our Whelens we have and you can't understand a thing that comes out of them half the time.
