Thomas the Tank Engine now has a real friend

Once upon a time, Real Tank Engines were everywhere. Anywhere there was a railroad yard, you could usually find a little tank engine or two chugging up and down the tracks. These were the little steam engines on our big railroads. So where are they now?

Did I see 2 USA 0-6-0Ts in there?

There's only one 0-6-0. It is the Granite Rock Company #10. It was built by the Porter Locomotive Company of Pittsburgh, PA in 1942.

In the DVD, there are two more 2-6-2 tank engines (from ALCO), and another 2-6-2 from Baldwin. And, of course, the star of the kid's version...a Porter 0-4-0 from 1885!
