John and I were in a band called Animal Farm in 1970, sharing the lead vocals. He always added great guitar parts to the original songs I was writing at the time. Other members of that group were: Ron Gagnon-bass, Paul Cosenza-drums, Dennis Martin-organ.

Andy Cummings, who posted the previous comment, is a good friend of many years and also a very talented singer, guitarist, entertainer, and teacher.
I have been in bands and done fill-ins with Johnny Moore, and the number of shows I've done with him are in triple digits after all these years. I have to agree with Andy, John is absolutely one of the best guitarists I have ever worked with. A great singer, talented songwriter and guitar mentor to many. I am proud to call him my friend.
